Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Brave Disciple LLC services, including our website and accountability partnership services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Program Description

Brave Disciple provides peer accountability partnership services designed to support individuals in their personal growth and accountability goals. Our services include:

  • Weekly one-on-one accountability check-ins with an assigned Accountability Partner
  • Review of activity from enrolled third-party monitoring software
  • Device lockdown and accountability software setup support
  • Ongoing encouragement and personalized accountability support

Accountability partnership is peer support. It is forward-looking and focused on consistency, honesty, and personal responsibility. The specific services provided to each client are described in that client's Service Agreement.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Monitoring Tools

As part of our accountability partnership services, clients enroll third-party monitoring software applications on their personal devices. These applications generate activity reports that are reviewed by the client's assigned Accountability Partner. By enrolling in our services, you consent to the review of this activity data for the purpose of providing accountability partnership services. Brave Disciple does not operate the monitoring software directly; it is provided by independent third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment

Accountability partnership services are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate specified at enrollment and in your Service Agreement. Payment is processed automatically each month through our third-party payment processor. Failure to maintain an active payment method will result in suspension of services at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All fees are billed monthly in advance. If a client cancels prior to the end of the current billing cycle and has remaining unused sessions, Brave Disciple will issue a prorated refund for any unused weekly sessions within that billing period. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@bravedisciple.com. No refunds will be issued for sessions that were scheduled but missed by the client.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and services continue through that date.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Participate in good faith
  • Follow service guidelines and recommendations
  • Not share or distribute Brave Disciple content without permission
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all clients. Your participation in our services is private, and we will not share your information with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. As described in our Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to disclose information without prior consent in limited safety situations, such as when a client discloses a risk of harm to themselves or others. Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Nature of Services

Brave Disciple provides peer accountability partnership services only. Our services do not constitute and shall not be construed as mental health counseling, psychotherapy, clinical treatment, crisis intervention, medical care, or any other licensed professional service. Brave Disciple is not a licensed counseling, therapy, or healthcare provider, and our services do not replace professional medical or mental health treatment. Our Accountability Partners are non-licensed peers and are not counselors, therapists, or clinicians.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary. While we provide support, structure, and guidance, your progress depends on your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Brave Disciple website, and the Brave Disciple name, branding, and logo, are the intellectual property of Brave Disciple and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Brave Disciple content or branding without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brave Disciple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to our service or other participants.

Relationship to Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of the Brave Disciple website and services generally. Clients who enroll in accountability partnership services also enter into a separate Service Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a client's signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls with respect to that client's accountability partnership services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Oklahoma.

SMS Messaging Terms

Service Description

Brave Disciple LLC provides accountability check-ins and support via SMS text messages. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your participation in our accountability partnership services.

Consent to Receive Messages

When you provide your mobile phone number through our website, application or enrollment forms, or by texting us, you give your express consent to receive SMS text messages from Brave Disciple LLC at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Types of Messages

The messages you receive may include accountability check-ins, appointment and scheduling reminders, account and service notifications, customer care responses, and program updates. For example: "Hi, this is your Brave Disciple accountability partner checking in. How are you doing this week? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service and preferences. You may receive messages related to scheduling, check-ins, and accountability support.

Opt-Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Opting out of text messages may affect the delivery of services that rely on text communication.

Help and Support

For help with our SMS service, text HELP to receive assistance, or email us at support@bravedisciple.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
