3. Monitoring Software and Device Activity Data

As part of our accountability partnership services, clients enroll third-party monitoring software applications on their personal devices. These applications generate activity reports that are reviewed by the client's assigned accountability partner. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Device activity reports generated by enrolled monitoring software may be reviewed by your assigned accountability partner.
  • This data is used solely to provide the accountability partnership services described in your Service Agreement.
  • Device activity data will not be shared with any third party except as required by law or as described in the Safety and Crisis Disclosure section of this policy.
  • Brave Disciple LLC does not install, control, or operate the monitoring software directly. Monitoring software is operated by independent third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
  • You may unenroll monitoring software at any time, with the understanding that continued use of our services requires active monitoring enrollment as outlined in your Service Agreement.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve our accountability partnership services
  • To communicate with you about your program and progress
  • To send program updates, educational content, and materials
  • To process payments and manage your account
  • To ensure program confidentiality and client safety
  • To analyze website usage and improve user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services, including payment processors, email service providers, CRM platforms, and monitoring software providers. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.

In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of the business, client personal information will not be transferred to a new owner without the client's affirmative consent. The handling of client information in a business sale is governed by the Brave Disciple Business Sale Consent Policy.

Your participation in our programs is confidential. We will not share your program participation or progress with anyone without your explicit consent, except as described in the Safety and Crisis Disclosure section below.

Mobile Information Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Safety and Crisis Disclosure

Brave Disciple LLC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all clients. Notwithstanding any other confidentiality provision in this policy or in any service agreement, we reserve the right to disclose client information without prior consent in the following limited circumstances:

  • When a client discloses imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, self-harm, or threats of violence.
  • When we are required by applicable law to report information to appropriate authorities or emergency services.
  • When disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm and no reasonable alternative exists.

Any such disclosure will be limited to the minimum information necessary to address the safety concern. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the client of any disclosure unless doing so would increase the risk of harm.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Upon termination of your service agreement, we will retain your records only as long as needed for legal and compliance purposes, after which records will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. For help, reply HELP or email us at support@bravedisciple.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Protect Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
